Chairman and Founder of Wireless Enterprises, William over 20 years experience in all aspects of corporate management, site development and real estate consulting. His focus is to continue developing business relationships with clients, while leading the company with his strong focus on increasing customer satisfaction and quality.
Robert Heise - Chief Operating Officer
Chief Operating Officer of Wireless-Enterprises is responsible for coordinating the growth for all the company business units, as well as setting up measurements that assure strong financial results. Lastly the Chief Operating Officer will focus on Customer Satisfaction. Mr. Heise's expertise spans the computer hardware ,software, global manufacturing, distribution, retail and food service industries.
William Leinert - Vice President, Construction Services
As Vice President of Construction Services, William will provide leadership, training and instruction in a hands-on effort to deliver a defined scope of work within project schedule and budget. William has overall WCS P&L responsibility in the fulfillment construction services from estimating, resourse utilization, contractor negotiations, scheduling, safety and quality compliance through completion of project closeouts.
Tracy Voyles Bender - Vice President, Acquisition Services
As Vice President of our Acquisition Services group Tracy has over 11 years of project management and real estate experience. Tracy's focus on providing our customers cost effective solutions with speed to market services utilizing regionally specialized staff provides our clients with short term and long term financial benefits and overall project success.
Nicole O'Brien - Director, Recruiting and Contract Resource Placement
As Director of our Recruiting and Contract Resource Placement group Nicole has an extensive background in business development, sales operations, recruiting and human resources. Nicole will oversee all daily responsibility of this group from the staffing to business development. Her goal is to ensure we fully understand our clients' expectations and provide them with a flawless solution to all hiring needs.
Michael Jerosimich - Senior Accountant and Controller
Michaels' duties are to oversee AP, AR, accounting/auditing, job costing, project analysis, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash management and corporate investment control. Michael has 11 years of experience in financial management with Fortune 500 companies and 18 years of finance and accounting experience. Michael will not only provide financial support, he will also assist and consult with strategic management decisions.
Nayola Frazier Allen - Contracts Manager
As a Contracts Manager, Nayola is responsible for coordinating all contracts to subcontractors. Her daily duties include, reviewing and redlining agreements, drafting contract language and tracking data for subcontractors. Nayola processes and coordinates all purchase orders. Nayola brings with her 5 years of legal and administrator experience.
Erica Wight - HR Manager
Erica has over 5 years of HR and recruiting experience. Erica's daily responsibilities include payroll, benefits management, employee expenses, managing company insurance policies and personnel reports. Erica strives to improve upon our current HR intiatives and to deliver world class support both internally and externally.
